People

The most important person in the School for Landlords is YOU!

But if you want to know about the other people involved, this is the place.

Tessa Shepperson – Director

Tessa is a solicitor and a specialist in residential landlord and tenant law.  She has run the popular Landlord Law site for over ten years now, and has acted for both landlords and tenants (although mostly for landlords).

She is the author of three books published by LawPack Publishing but now prefers to publish her books herself through her e-commerce site Your Law Store which she runs with her long term web designer, Gill Bishop.

Tessa has appeared on both local and national BBC radio and television talking about landlord and tenant issues.  She is a popular speaker at landlord events and forums, and regularly talks at solicitors CPD Conferences.

Tessa lives in Norwich with her husband Graeme and son Patrick.  In her spare time she watches detective videos with her family and writes a blog on the History of Law
